If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the transaction date.

Honest framing

Censr processes documents entirely in your browser and never stores your file. That means we have no way to verify whether or how you used the Service. Rather than refuse refunds on that basis, we honor refund requests in good faith within the 14-day window — no usage check, no questions designed to trip you up.

How to request a refund

Our payments are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
  • Email us at admin@censr.tech with your transaction ID and we will pass the request to Paddle.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer.

Outside the 14-day window

Refund requests received after 14 days are reviewed case by case. If the Service failed to perform as described, contact us and we will work with Paddle to make it right.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We can almost always resolve issues faster than a card-network dispute can.
